How do I close my account?
Short answerSign in, open Account Details and choose to close your account. You can close it once every order is delivered and its return window has closed.
Closing your account
Open Account Details and follow the steps at the bottom of the page.
While an order is on its way or in its 7-day return window, you can’t close your account yet: the page tells you which order and from when you can.
What happens
Closing your account deletes your profile, addresses, saved measurements, wishlist and reviews, and signs you out everywhere. Your past orders keep what was bought and paid, without your name, email, address or phone.
