Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We can’t ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses or other countries yet; an order placed to one of these is canceled and refunded in full.

Shipping costs

• Standard shipping: $5.99 per order.
• Free shipping on orders of $75 or more, after any discount. It’s applied automatically at checkout, with no code needed.

We offer one shipping method, standard shipping with tracking. You see the shipping cost before you pay.

Delivery times

• Pieces from our US warehouse arrive within 3–7 business days.
• Pieces that travel further take 6–12 business days.

Each product page shows its estimated delivery dates, and checkout shows the estimate for your whole order: an order that includes a piece traveling further gets the longer estimate.

These times count from the day you order and include preparing your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays, and around holidays and big sales delivery can take a few days longer.

An order with several pieces may arrive in more than one parcel.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow it on Track Order with your order number and email, or in your account.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, write to us straight away at support@lareys.com with your order number, and we’ll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn’t moved for several days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@lareys.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out with you. For returns, see our returns policy.
