Overview

This website, lareys.com, is operated by Lareys (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they link to: our shipping policy, returns policy and privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Who can buy

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for you. We sell to customers in the United States and ship only to addresses in the 50 states and Washington, D.C. (not to US territories or APO/FPO addresses).

You may not use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose, or break any law where you live in using them.

Your account

Keep the information in your account and orders current, complete and accurate, so we can deliver your orders and contact you. You sign in with a code sent to your email, so keep your email account secure; you’re responsible for what happens in your Lareys account.

Products and prices

We try to show our products’ colors, details and measurements as accurately as we can, but your screen may not show colors exactly, and measurements are a guide.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are set out in our shipping policy, and you see the total before you pay.

We may limit the quantities we sell, stop selling any product, and refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you’ve paid, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you confirm that you’re allowed to use the payment method you choose, and you authorize us to charge it for the order total.

Discount codes and offers

Discount codes and offers come with the conditions stated with them. They have no cash value, and we may end an offer at any time.

Returns

Returns and refunds follow our returns policy.

Reviews and other submissions

When you send us a review, photo, suggestion or other content, you let us use, edit, copy, publish and translate it in any medium, without paying you or keeping it confidential. Your content must be honest, must not break the law or anyone’s rights, and must not contain malicious code or pretend to come from someone else. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Errors

The site may sometimes contain errors in product descriptions, prices, offers, shipping charges, delivery times or availability. We may correct them, and cancel orders affected by them, at any time, including after you’ve ordered. If we cancel an order for this reason, we refund you in full.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the site or its content: for anything unlawful, or to encourage others to break the law; to infringe our or anyone else’s intellectual property; to harass, abuse, defame or discriminate against anyone; to give false or misleading information; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect or track other people’s personal information; to send spam or phishing; or to interfere with or get around the site’s security. We may end your use of the site if you do.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to, or use, services run by others, such as payment and sign-in. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices; please read their terms and policies.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We don’t guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors. Except as we expressly state, the site and the products sold through it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lareys and our directors, employees, agents, contractors and service providers aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, savings or data, arising from your use of the site or any product bought through it. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lareys and our directors, employees, agents, contractors and service providers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by a third party because you broke these terms, the law, or someone else’s rights.

General

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right, we haven’t waived it. These terms and the policies they link to are the whole agreement between you and us about the site, and replace any earlier versions. We may end your use of the site if we believe you’ve broken these terms; what you owe us up to then still applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
