Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The return window begins the day your tracking shows delivered status. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of submitting your return request to qualify for a full refund.

For split-package orders, the return window begins from the final package delivery date.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

Final Sale — Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned: beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, intimates/lingerie, jewelry, and swimwear.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged/defective item on our part.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued to your original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Late or Non-Qualifying Returns

Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.

International Orders

Only orders shipped within the United States are eligible for returns at this time. If you receive a damaged or defective item on an international order, please contact us at support@lareys.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
