When will my order arrive?
Short answerPieces from our US warehouse arrive within 3–7 business days, and pieces that travel further within 6–12 business days. Each product page and checkout show your estimated dates.

These times count from the day you order, and include preparing your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays. Around holidays and big sales, delivery can take a few days longer.
Your estimate
Each product page shows its estimated delivery dates, and checkout shows the estimate for your whole order. An order that includes a piece traveling further gets the longer estimate.
An order with several pieces may arrive in more than one parcel.
Once it ships
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it on Track Order with your order number and email.
