Track an OrderDelivery
- When will my order arrive?Pieces from our US warehouse arrive within 3–7 business days, and pieces that travel further within 6–12 business days. Each product page and checkout show your estimated dates.
- How much does shipping cost?Standard shipping is $5.99 per order, and free on orders of $75 or more, after any discount.
- Where do you ship?We ship to addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We can’t ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses or other countries yet.
Tracking
- How do I track my order?When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow it on Track Order with your order number and email, or in your account.
- What does my order’s status mean?Confirmed means we’ve received your order and payment, Processing that we’re preparing it, Shipped that it’s on its way, and Delivered that it has arrived.
- My parcel is late, lost or damagedIf your tracking hasn’t moved for several days, or your parcel arrives damaged, write to us with your order number and we’ll sort it out with you.
Changing an order
- Can I change or cancel my order?Write to us as soon as you can with your order number. Before your order ships, we can usually change it or cancel it with a full refund.
- How do I change my shipping address?Write to us straight away with your order number and the correct address, and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
