How do I track my order?
Short answerWhen your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow it on Track Order with your order number and email, or in your account.
Track an OrderThree ways to follow your order
- Your shipping email. When your order ships, we email you the carrier and a tracking link.
- Track Order. Enter your order number (it starts with LR, and it’s in your confirmation email) and the email you ordered with on Track Order.
- Your account. Sign in with the email you ordered with, and open your orders. Orders you placed as a guest show there too.
No tracking yet?
Your order gets its tracking link once it ships. Until then, Track Order shows it as Confirmed or Processing.
