What does my order’s status mean?
Short answerConfirmed means we’ve received your order and payment, Processing that we’re preparing it, Shipped that it’s on its way, and Delivered that it has arrived.
Order statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Confirmed | We’ve received your order and your payment. |
| Processing | We’re preparing your order. |
| Shipped | It’s on its way. We’ve emailed you the tracking link. |
| Delivered | It has arrived. Your 7-day return window starts. |
| Canceled | The order was canceled and refunded. We email you when this happens. |
