Can I change or cancel my order?

Before it ships

Contact us as soon as you can, with your order number and what you’d like to change. We start preparing orders quickly, so the sooner you write, the more likely we can help.

If we cancel your order, we refund it in full to your original payment method and email you. It goes back to your original payment method and usually appears within 5–10 business days.

After it ships

Once your order has shipped, we can’t change or cancel it. You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery: see how to return an item.
