How do I return an item?

Steps

1. Find your order. Enter your order number and email on the returns page, or sign in and open the order in your account.
2. Choose the items and a reason. If something is wrong with an item, add a photo.
3. Wait for our email. Once we approve your return, we email you the return address and a return number. Please don’t send anything before then.
4. Send it back. Write the return number on the parcel and send it within 7 days of approval, with a tracked service.

What can be returned

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with their original tags attached, in their original bag. Trying things on is absolutely fine.

Final Sale items can’t be returned: intimates, swimwear, jewelry, beauty and bodysuits. Their product pages say Final Sale, so you know before you buy.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund the returned items. It goes back to your original payment method and usually appears within 5–10 business days. The original shipping charge isn’t refunded.
