- Who pays for return postage?You do, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one. Then contact us before you send it.

Special cases
- Which items are Final Sale?Final Sale items can’t be returned: intimates, swimwear, jewelry, beauty and bodysuits. Their product pages say Final Sale, so you know before you buy.
- My item arrived damaged or wrongWe’re sorry. Contact us with your order number before you send anything back, and we’ll make it right.
- Can I exchange an item?We don’t offer exchanges. Return the item for a refund, and order the size or color you need.
